Paid Social Media Advertising Specialist

LinkedSelling is hiring a Paid Social Media Advertising Specialist to build, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels for our clients. You'll work from strategy that's already defined and own the day-to-day execution: building campaigns, trafficking creative, monitoring performance, and keeping everything on schedule.
We run both B2B pipeline campaigns and B2C accounts/campaigns. You don't need to be an expert in both, but you do need to be comfortable working across different account types and adjusting to what each one needs.
What you'll own:
  • Campaign builds across Meta, LinkedIn, and other ad platforms based on briefs from senior team
  • Day-to-day account management: budget pacing, creative rotation, audience setup, QA before launch
  • Tracking setup and integrity (Meta Pixel and CAPI, LinkedIn Insight Tag, UTMs)
  • Weekly performance reporting and flagging issues early
  • Coordinating with creative, copy, and account teams to keep campaigns on schedule
  • Documenting what's running, what's tested, and what's next for each account
Required:
  • 2+ years building and managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads
  • Hands-on LinkedIn Ads experience (or strong willingness to ramp fast)
  • Comfortable setting up pixels, conversions, and UTM tracking without hand-holding
  • Organized, deadline-driven, can manage multiple accounts without dropping balls
  • Excel/Sheets comfort for reporting and pacing
  • Clear written communicator on Slack and email, fast response time
Nice to have:
  • Google Ads, Reddit, TikTok, or YouTube Ads experience
  • HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or other CRM experience
  • Zapier or basic automation experience
  • Agency background managing multiple accounts at once

This is a remote position.
