Job description

We are a growing, multi-state law firm seeking an Attorney (0–10 years experience) to handle family law and/or civil litigation matters in Central Illinois (Peoria, Bloomington, Champaign, Springfield).

This is a primarily remote position, with in-person court appearances (typically 2–3 times per week).

We are open to both experienced attorneys and junior attorneys seeking mentorship and hands-on experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle a caseload in family law and/or civil litigation

Who We’re Looking For

We are open to candidates at different experience levels:

Experienced Attorneys (3+ years):

  • Background in family law and/or civil litigation

  • Ability to manage cases with increasing independence

Junior Attorneys (0–3 years):

  • Licensed or awaiting bar results

  • Interest in litigation and courtroom experience

  • Willingness to learn and grow with mentorship

Compensation & Benefits

  • $75,000 – $150,000, depending on experience and workload
