• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health diagnoses, designing tailored treatment plans that address their individual goals and needs.
• Maintain thorough documentation for each client session, including progress notes and treatment plan revisions, in accordance with clinical policies and ethical standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, building rapport with clients while working collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals to enhance service delivery.
• Innovatively apply therapeutic interventions utilizing various modalities to help clients achieve their desired milestones.
• Coordinate care with case managers, family members, and other professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to client support.
• Actively participate in ongoing training and clinical staff meetings, where you will share insights, learn best practices, and stay updated on industry trends.
• Engage in additional duties that may arise, contributing positively to the operational effectiveness of our team.

• A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
• Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication, essential for effective client interaction and documentation.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and demonstrate empathy and understanding in client relationships.
• Proficiency in managing documentation deadlines and submitting reports efficiently, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines.
• Experience working with a diverse client population, showing cultural awareness and adaptability in therapeutic approaches.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and interventions.
• History of collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
