Work Environment

This position allows for a fully remote work setting, enabling counselors the ability to conduct sessions in a comfortable environment while maintaining a strong connection to our outpatient office. The work hours are set from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life structure. Our team regularly collaborates through virtual meetings, and we emphasize the importance of ongoing training and clinical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Document ongoing case notes, treatment plan reviews, and other necessary documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, building rapport and fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.
