As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering group and individual evidence-based therapy using various modalities tailored to the specific needs of assigned clients.
• Documenting client interactions meticulously and in a timely manner; this encompasses comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, weekly treatment planning, progress notes, discharge planning, and documentation for group and individual therapy sessions.
• Developing aftercare plans collaboratively with clients to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing support upon program discharge.
• Maintaining regular contact with families, outside clinicians, and referring professionals to foster an integrated approach to care, thus enhancing treatment outcomes.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures regarding documentation and therapeutic practices, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Your expertise will primarily serve individuals and families grappling with mental and behavioral health challenges, including those facing co-occurring disorders and substance abuse issues. You will engage with a diverse array of clients, designing tailored interventions that address their unique experiences and backgrounds while utilizing trauma-informed care principles.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• An active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) is essential for this role.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working in mental health, particularly with individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges.
• Proficiency in maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality in all client interactions.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, vital for effective collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary teams.

• Experience in co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, and familiarity with substance use treatment modalities is highly desirable.
• A demonstrated proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and tracking client progress will be advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with potential bonuses. In addition to a strong compensation package, we provide:
