• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Conduct a range of counseling sessions, including individual, couples, and group therapy, utilizing appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive client care, involving educational, medical, and other support services as necessary.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and secure client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and training opportunities.

You will work with a diverse clientele, addressing various mental health disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction. • A current license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida is required.
