What You?ll Be Doing

The Account Director leads client accounts and manages teams, providing strategic direction and overseeing the successful delivery of client programs from strategy through execution. This role is responsible for managing, directing, and growing assigned accounts to meet and exceed client objectives while contributing to the agency?s overall success.

  • Lead the strategic direction of agency-wide client teams in the design, development, and execution of on-strategy marketing programs, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Review creative work to ensure alignment with client strategy and business objectives; provide tactical direction for creative briefs, including target audiences and media channels
  • Manage client profitability and prepare monthly forecasts for assigned accounts; direct account team marketing activities to support client retention, growth, and new business opportunities
  • Identify marketing opportunities to expand existing client engagements; collaborate with clients to develop marketing plans and budgets
  • Lead presentations to clients and prospects, including the development of written marketing plans and proposals
  • Contribute to campaign analysis, reporting, and the presentation of results and insights
