This full-time remote role for a Demand Generation Specialist offers high autonomy and responsibility. This role (reporting to the Director of Marketing) will be instrumental in executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, coordinating with various teams, conducting market research, and overseeing the company's social media presence. They will also manage and create content for the company website, write press releases, and track analytics. This role requires a passion for creative storytelling in all formats and the ability to create digital assets that are creative, original, and effective across various channels. [Initial focus markets: Higher education, Corporate training, Healthcare]

Qualifications

  • Experience in executing marketing strategies and managing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of AI and automation technologies
  • Strong graphic/UI/UX sense and ability to generate compelling visual stories
  • Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data
  • Experience building & capitalizing on meaningful social media presence
  • Proficiency in SEO best-practices
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM & Marketing HUB, Webflow, Zapier, Canva, and Google Suite is preferred but exceptions may be made
  • Previous experience in a high-paced startup is a must
