Overview

This is a full-time career opportunity that can be remote within the Fulton Bank footprint as follows: DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA.  Occasional travel to Lancaster, PA is required. 

Manages and enables HR operational excellence and compliance by providing system and digital solutions, managing online learning resources, providing ongoing execution and evaluation of departmental processes and procedures, and by building and sustaining reporting and measurement processes. Incumbents will consult with team members and management to identify, analyze, implement, and maintain modifications or enhancements to systems and/or operational workflows. Incumbents are the project lead for low rigor project and system administration, testing of new releases/upgrades, and provides training on new system functionality to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a system administrator and subject matter expert for HR systems. Provide system configuration support, analyze and resolve system-related issues, provide technical support to end users, and support system development, upgrades, and testing activities for upgrades and patches. Leads business line integrations that are low rigor and require little collaboration with IT. Supports leadership and serves as a subject matter expert on medium and high rigor system projects. Troubleshoots end user challenges and escalates to the HR partners in IT as needed. Uploads files from various areas in HR to appropriate systems for processing. Triages file fails with HR stakeholders and/or vendors. Collaborates with organizational subject matter experts to identify and create system content as required. .
  • Responsible for the development of reporting from various systems, maintenance of existing reports, and creating/maintaining assigned dashboards using business intelligence and advanced tools such as Power Query, Power BI, or Python. Reviews data output for completeness and accuracy. Manages reporting analytics, survey creation and overall reporting needs for HR. Creates measurement tools and reporting to support HR programs and overall measurement of behavioral changes and achievement of HR offerings.
  • Ensures all HR procedures and processes are documented from end to end. Routinely reviews documentation and workflows to ensure Lean operating effectiveness. Makes recommendations that lead to efficient business practices. Escalates concerns and recommendations to management and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Oversees electronic records management for HR. Ensures vendors are destroying records in accordance with the records management program and documented exceptions. Consults and collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  • Serves as an escalation contact for systems or technology-related HR inquiries through the employee services area.
  • Uses creative discretion on the design of all HR intranet sites and assigned dashboards. Collaborates with Marketing on maintaining and developing content for Human Resources social media activities by informing, posting, and actively supporting the organization.

QualificationsEducation

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: HR Administration, Business Administration, Project Management. (Required)

Experience

3 or more years power user in HR systems (or similar systems) one or more modules. (Required)

3 or more years designing basic content and job aids, managing an integrated application, and managing a variety of design and logistic projects simultaneously. (Required)

3 or more years experience with Workday. (Preferred)

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges on all job postings regardless of state. We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

The salary range for this position is $64,700.00 - $107,900.00 annually.

Additional Compensation Components

This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
