Native Health Center is seeking a full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dedicated team in Houston, Texas. This remote position involves delivering high-quality mental health services to individuals and families within a community health setting. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Native Health Center, you will:

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessionsโ€”using telehealth modalities when necessaryโ€”to ensure accessibility for your clients.
  • Maintain a caseload of approximately 25-30 client visits per week, delivering high-quality therapeutic care while adhering to documentation standards set by the organization.
  • Prepare and submit detailed clinical documentation, including diagnosis assessments (DAs), treatment plans, and case notes, in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with case managers, families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and effectively address clients' needs.
  • Engage in creative therapeutic interventions that empower clients to achieve and exceed their therapeutic goals.
Patient Population / Client Focus
