As a member of our outpatient mental health division, you will be integral to our efforts in delivering high-quality counseling services via telehealth technologies, therefore requiring proficiency in using digital platforms securely and efficiently.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine clients’ mental health diagnoses, formulating and implementing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company policies, including detailed treatment reviews, progress notes, and any updated diagnoses.
• Foster a collaborative approach by engaging with clients, case managers, family members, and medical personnel to coordinate care and resources effectively.
• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions to empower clients in achieving their personal goals and overcoming challenges.
• Consistently provide exceptional customer service, treating each client with dignity and respect while adhering to professional boundaries.
• Engage proactively in clinical staff meetings and training sessions, contributing to ongoing team development and personal professional growth.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population, addressing a variety of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma recovery. • A Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
