YOUR ROLE Reporting to the Commercial Development and Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in the implementation and optimization of Propair Group’s digital marketing initiatives. More specifically, you will be responsible for: Planning, executing and optimizing multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok – an asset).

Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance indicators (KPIs) and recommending continuous optimization opportunities. Contribute to the performance of corporate websites by ensuring content updates, optimizing SEO, GEO and SEA strategies, enhancing the user experience (UX), and improving overall web performance. Designing, adapting and deploying digital content (visual assets, advertising messages and web content) aligned with brand identity.

Supporting email marketing campaigns and automation workflows (newsletters, retention and re‑engagement). Working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency, quality and performance of digital initiatives. Conducting ongoing industry monitoring to stay current on digital marketing trends, tools and best practices.
