Primary growth engine: Ecommerce, direct revenue, product demand, customer acquisition and retention

Primary growth engine: Ecommerce plus quote-based, consultative project opportunities

Strategic emphasis: Customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, category performance and marketing ROI

Strategic emphasis: Pipeline development, qualified opportunities, quote activity and revenue contribution

What you'll lead:

  • Own the marketing strategy, annual roadmap, performance and budget for your assigned business category.
  • Translate business and financial objectives into clear marketing priorities, investments and go-to-market plans.
  • Use customer insight, market trends, competitive intelligence and performance data to identify opportunities and improve results.
  • Partner across Product Management, Ecommerce, Sales, Creative and Marketing Operations to create a consistent customer experience.
  • Set campaign direction, coach and develop team members, and build a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic marketing, business marketing or marketing leadership.
  • A record of building strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and measurable business results.
  • Strong business acumen and experience managing budgets, prioritizing investments and evaluating marketing ROI.
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies, product marketing plans and customer-focused initiatives.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and executive influencing skills, with the ability to create alignment across teams and lead through ambiguity.


 What you bring:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
