Position Overview

Clearly Heard Counseling Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our innovative team. This full-time position integrates telehealth modalities to deliver high-quality mental health services to clients throughout Wilsonville, Oregon, and beyond. Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in weekly treatment team meetings, sharing clinical insights and collaborating on patient care plans with your team members.
  • Conduct utilization reviews with insurance companies, providing comprehensive clinical data to secure initial and ongoing authorizations for patient care.
  • Ensure timely communication with families and loved ones by returning calls and emails within two hours during business hours and within 24 hours during off-hours.
  • Work closely with the Utilization Review and Business Departments to facilitate authorization and payment processes while maintaining strong relationships with referral sources and outpatient providers.
  • Initiate discharge planning on the day of admission, conducting discharge sessions to ensure patients and families understand coping strategies, transition plans, and available resources.
  • Effectively manage crises that arise during sessions and assist milieu staff in fostering positive interactions with patients and their families.
  • Complete clinical documentation post-service to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards, thereby facilitating high-quality care.
  • Establish therapeutic rapport with patients, conducting risk assessments for suicidality and potential harm to themselves or others.
  • Facilitate the admissions process for new patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience, while actively engaging in clinical outreach activities.

Qualifications
