This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing therapists to work from the comfort of their own homes while still feeling connected to a supportive and collaborative team. Our outpatient office setting means you will primarily be interacting with clients through virtual sessions, ensuring a flexible yet impactful work experience. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate client needs.

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments, using a variety of evidence-based practices to develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to engage clients effectively and facilitate meaningful change.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records while strictly adhering to HIPAA regulations and other relevant guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, fostering continuous professional development and enhancing the quality of care provided.
• Offer education and support to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions and available treatment options along with community resources.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements and research in the mental health field to enhance therapeutic effectiveness and client care.

You will work primarily with individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and adjustment issues. Your expertise will make a significant impact as you guide clients toward achieving emotional stability and improved mental health outcomes.

• Must possess a Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia is required to practice independently.
• Proven knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and their application to address a diverse range of client needs effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable constructive therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills that aid in developing creative and effective treatment strategies.
• A collaborative mindset, willing to engage and learn from colleagues to enhance the overall quality of care.

• Previous experience working in an outpatient setting, particularly with a diverse client population, is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices will be advantageous.
• Active involvement in professional organizations and ongoing education in the mental health field is desirable.
