You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate easily with a variety of peers and stakeholders such as customer research, brand strategy, content strategy, copy, project management, art direction, retail, go-to-market, event, and site merchandising. • Work across teams to create strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
  • Clearly communicate project status with stakeholders regularly.
  • Put repeatable processes in place that help the team plan and manage multiple parallel projects and run our business.
  • Create contracts, statements of work and purchase orders for production partners in adherence to company spending & transaction policy.

In This Role, You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience as a producer with experience in video/motion, print, social, and advertising.
  • 2+ years of experience leading project delivery for large cross-functional projects.
  • An online portfolio of work and the ability to demonstrate solution-creation across a range of production-related issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Able to identify and mitigate risk on projects.
  • Background working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with designers, writers, and marketing managers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent understanding of design, video, photo and motion work.
