Solution Architecture Leadership

  • Lead end to end solution architecture for complex, cross functional initiatives and enterprise programs that deliver meaningful business outcomes.
  • Design scalable, sustainable solutions that align with enterprise architecture principles, technology standards, and long term strategic goals.
  • Partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technology solutions that balance value, risk, and performance.
  • Present architecture options, trade offs, and recommendations in a clear, business focused manner to support informed decision making.

Enterprise Design & Technical Excellence

  • Ensure solutions meet critical non functional requirements, including security, performance, resiliency, scalability, and data integrity.
  • Identify and proactively manage architectural risks, technical debt, and integration complexity to support long term success.
  • Apply expertise in application, integration, API, and data architecture patterns to create connected, efficient solutions across the enterprise.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of architecture standards, reference patterns, and future state solution designs.

Governance & Strategic Influence

  • Lead solution architecture reviews and provide recommendations through architecture governance processes.
  • Drive solution level architecture decisions within established enterprise guardrails.
  • Partner with architecture review boards and design authorities to evaluate standards, patterns, and exception requests.
  • Influence technology direction and enterprise architecture decisions through collaboration and thought leadership.

Collaboration, Mentorship & Enablement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, project teams, and technology partners throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Potentially mentor Associate Architects and provide architectural guidance to delivery teams, helping elevate technical capabilities across the organization.
  • Foster strong collaboration across agile and hybrid delivery teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Your Education and Experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3–7 years of experience in application development, technical design, or solution architecture.
  • Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple applications and integrations preferred.

Technical & Professional Expertise

  • Proven expertise in application and solution architecture across enterprise platforms.
  • Strong understanding of integration, API, and data architecture patterns.
  • Experience operating successfully within agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Ability to balance immediate business needs with technical constraints and long term sustainability.

Communication & Leadership Skills

  • Stakeholder management and influence skills, with the ability to drive alignment without formal authority.
  • Strong documentation, facilitation, and communication skills with both technical and non technical audiences.
  • Ability to analyze complex information, solve problems, and develop practical, business focused recommendations.
