Entrepreneurial spirit – We take ownership of and responsibility for our work and our collective success, encouraging an employee culture that places a high value on individual creative initiative, exploration of new ideas, innovation, and a bold pursuit of transformative change.  Essential Responsibilities  Communicate with clients to identify the scope of engineering services required.Communicate with Technical Manager for project guidance and status.Performs accurate analysis and design necessary to fulfill the scope of engineering services.Provides cost estimates as required.Provides final construction documents conforming to the scope of engineering services for Technical Manager's review and approval.Conducts periodic construction site observations for the project and attends project meetings as required by clients.May assist with performing monthly billing of clients for work completed.Assist in the preparation of proposals.Routinely communicate with Principals, Team Leads, Technical Managers, CADD technicians, Engineering technicians, Surveyors, government agencies, contractors, subcontractors, and administrative staff.Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned. Qualifications  Experience: 1+ years of Structural Engineering experience.
