This full-time position will allow you to provide essential mental health services while working from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, with a particular emphasis on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients aiming for improved mental health and reduced stress levels.
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify individual stressors, mental health challenges, and personal goals, subsequently tailoring mindfulness practices to those specific needs.
  • Guide clients in engaging with mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques that foster self-awareness and emotional regulation.
  • Facilitate both individual therapy sessions and group workshops focused on mindfulness techniques, stress management, and strategies for building resilience.
  • Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to create an integrated treatment approach, incorporating mindfulness practices across various therapeutic modalities.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, progress in mindfulness interventions, and updates on treatment plans, using an electronic health record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
