Job description

At Clarion Home Services Group, we transform the home services industry across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing sectors. We build a high-quality enterprise supported by a best-in-class organizational culture and operating model. Our aggressive acquisition and organic growth strategy unites the finest local brand teams and processes to scale profitably over the coming years.
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and highly collaborative Field Brand Marketing Manager to strengthen and grow the local market presence of our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical brands. This role serves as a key strategic partner to branch leadership teams across approximately 23 locations and 14 brands.
Unlike traditional field marketing roles focused solely on execution, this position centers on strategy, planning, coaching, and measurement. You will guide local teams to successfully deploy market-specific initiatives that drive brand awareness, community engagement, customer trust, and long-term organic growth.
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates in Denver, CO, Milwaukee, WI, or Kansas City, MO markets strongly preferred).
What You'll Do:
  • Co-author customized local marketing plans based on market opportunities, business goals, and seasonal dynamics.
  • Guide the planning and execution of local home shows, community festivals, and grassroots neighborhood marketing.
  • Track local "Best Of" submissions and coordinate media opportunities, public relations announcements, and charitable partnerships.
  • Build processes and playbooks that turn successful local marketing tactics into scalable corporate standards.
  • Oversee review generation and customer sentiment across Google, Facebook, and Yelp to maximize local search visibility.
  • Establish localized organic social media strategies and train branch teams on content creation and platform best practices.
  • Coordinate with vendors, photographers, and videographers to develop customer testimonials and technician spotlights.
  • Direct the coordination, accuracy, and brand alignment of local print collateral, signage, and vehicle wraps.
  • Establish measurement frameworks to evaluate field marketing activity, social engagement, and reputation trends.
  • Deliver analytical insights and optimization recommendations to corporate executives and branch operations teams.

What You Bring:
  • 4+ years of experience in field marketing, local marketing, brand management, or community marketing roles.
  • Deep understanding of localized marketing, community engagement, and grassroots brand-building strategies.
  • Experience using reputation management platforms and building successful customer review generation strategies.
  • Familiarity with organic social media growth strategies and content performance analytics.
  • Elite relationship-building skills with the ability to influence operational leaders and travel 1-2 times per month.
  • Comfort working autonomously and maintaining high accountability in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
  • Home services industry experience is strongly preferred; direct HVAC experience is a significant plus.
  • Past experience supporting multi-location, franchise-style, or decentralized business networks.
  • Experience with marketing automation technology and specialized CRMs like ServiceTitan or Marketing Pro.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Why You'll Love Working Here:
  • Great company culture that focuses on growth, teamwork, and respect, and we like to have fun too!
  • Employee benefits start on the 1st of the month following hire date.
    • Medical (3 affordable medical plans to choose from), Dental and Vision Insurance
    • Company Paid Benefits: Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance
    • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
    • Optional Benefits: Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Supplemental Medical Insurance, Pet Insurance, and ID & Legal Shield
  • 401k with Company Match!
  • Generous Paid Time Off and 9 Paid Holidays
  • Compensation: $75,000 to $100,000 base salary

If you are a strategic storyteller who thrives on building local trust, driving community engagement, and coaching teams to win, we want to hear from you!
Pay Range: $75,000 - $100,000 per hour
