The Opportunity 
AntiSocial is looking to hire a skilled and passionate Senior Producer (Social) with hands-on experience managing social media campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong background in social media marketing, experience in client management, and is capable of overseeing projects from start to finish. Experience working with fashion, retail, or e-commerce clients is a bonus.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Support the development, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns across various industries.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on project objectives.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Assist with performance monitoring, including analytics and reporting, and provide insights for ongoing improvements.
  • Stay informed on social media trends, platforms, and best practices to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with the client's brand and goals.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience as a Producer, Senior Producer, or similar role within a social media or advertising agency.
  • Background in managing social media campaigns; experience in fashion and retail is an asset.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Creative thinking with a focus on delivering effective strategies and solutions.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, productions, and company events. A valid passport and driver's licence are required.

$80,000 - $90,000 a year
Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as internal equity, candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role. If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, we still welcome your application.
