• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health status, identifying their needs and goals.
• Develop, implement, and modify evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs, considering clients' feedback and progress.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions focused on mental health issues, utilizing therapeutic modalities best suited to each client's situation.
• Lead couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and building stronger relationships.
• Document and maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring adherence to confidentiality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, sharing insights on client care and actively participating in case reviews to deliver holistic support.
• Stay current with research, methodologies, and best practices in marriage and family therapy, participating in training and development opportunities.
• Be active in crisis intervention, providing immediate support to clients facing acute mental health challenges.
• Serve as an advocate for clients’ rights, helping them navigate their treatment paths and access additional resources when needed.

You will work with a diverse client base, including adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your approach will be guided by empathy and a deep understanding of each client's unique circumstances, enabling you to deliver personalized care that promotes healing and positive outcomes.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Proven experience in providing therapy to individuals and/or couples, with a strong background in diverse cultural contexts.
• Ability to conduct assessments and craft detailed progress notes and treatment plans within prescribed timelines.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with proficiency in electronic health record systems.

• Experience working with various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery is a plus.
• Previous involvement in crisis management or emergency response situations.
