Our primary focus is on stable, low-acuity adults who typically present with manageable mental health concerns. Clients may be navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. You will play a critical role in helping these individuals enhance their mental resilience and quality of life.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• A current, independent state license in one of the following: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• No disciplinary actions on your professional license.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, adept computer proficiency, and the ability to navigate digital platforms comfortably.
• A reliable and stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate online counseling sessions.

• Experience in providing telehealth or remote counseling services is highly desirable.
• Previous work within community health settings or with diverse populations will be beneficial.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities is a plus, allowing for tailored approaches to client care.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, dependent on hours worked and experience.
