What You’ll Do

As a Mechanical Designer or Engineer, you will contribute to the design and documentation of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical building systems across a diverse range of commercial and institutional projects. Your title and responsibilities will reflect your experience level.


HVAC & Mechanical Design

  • Design HVAC systems including air distribution, heating, cooling, and ventilation
  • Prepare mechanical drawings and specifications using Revit MEP and AutoCAD
  • Maintain drawings and documentation per company standards


Plumbing & Project Coordination

  • Design plumbing systems including domestic water, sanitary, and storm drainage
  • Coordinate with electrical, structural, and architectural disciplines
  • Incorporate addenda, RFIs, and approved changes


Construction & Field Support

  • Attend project meetings and site visits
  • Support BIM coordination and commissioning activities
What You’ll Bring
  • Fresh out of school or seasoned enough to write the textbook — all levels welcome
  • Associate or technical degree in mechanical engineering or HVAC/plumbing design, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency or growing interest in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
  • Familiarity with IMC, ASHRAE, and applicable mechanical codes
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • EIT or PE licensure is a plus, not a requirement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • U.S. citizenship or valid Green Card.
