• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, challenges, and needs thoroughly.
• Collaborate effectively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that are evidenced-based and aligned with their goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions based on best practices and current clinical research, ensuring a high standard of care.
• Document all relevant information by writing and maintaining timely intake reports and progress notes in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
• Utilize outcome measures to objectively track and evaluate client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment as necessary.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population that includes children and families navigating developmental challenges, adolescents addressing emotional and behavioral issues, couples seeking to enhance their relationships, and adults facing a variety of mental health concerns. • A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active Washington State License as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a robust understanding of clinical techniques and ethics.
• A commitment to residing in Washington State, ensuring familiarity with local mental health resources and community dynamics.
• Experience in implementing evidence-based practices and the ability to write high-quality clinical documentation.
• Excellent time management skills, showcasing the ability to balance multiple clients and administrative duties.

• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar setting, enhancing your understanding of systemic mental health issues.
• Demonstrated capability in utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
