• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, strengths, and support systems, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their situations.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions to clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include specific goals, interventions, and evaluations, adapted to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, creating safe environments for shared experiences and empowerment.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare providers, to deliver cohesive, client-centered care.
• Provide crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in challenging situations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with clients.

• Experience in providing telehealth services and utilizing electronic health record systems.

• Previous experience working with various mental health conditions, particularly in an outpatient setting.
