As a remote leader in rehabilitation, you will work from your own home office while adhering to the compassionate, client-centered ethos of our rehabilitation facility. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprised of physicians, case managers, and peer support specialists, all dedicated to providing an integrated approach to treatment. • Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing screenings to meticulously evaluate clients' histories related to substance abuse and co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Craft individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to effectively address clients' unique circumstances.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that empower clients to tackle their addiction and mental health challenges head-on.
• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, ensuring seamless communication and integration of care for optimal client outcomes.
• Educate and support clients' family members by fostering an understanding of the recovery process, enhancing their involvement in treatment.
• Maintain precise and confidential records in alignment with professional ethics and legal standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

The primary clientele includes individuals struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders, ranging from young adults to older populations. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; a master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in addiction counseling and substance abuse treatment methodologies.
• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, with a capacity to establish rapport and motivate clients effectively during their recovery journey.
• Proficient communication skills, capable of fostering team collaboration and constructive dialogue with clients and their families.

• Prior experience working in substance abuse treatment environments, ideally in a remote capacity.
• Specialized training in evidence-based practices applicable to addiction and mental health disorders.
• Proficiency in digital health tools and teletherapy technologies to facilitate remote therapy sessions.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
