You will engage with clients through virtual platforms, utilizing telehealth technologies to deliver effective therapy services. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' psychological needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Develop and execute personalized therapy plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to each individual’s circumstances.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to address clients' unique issues.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and emotions.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and external service providers to ensure holistic treatment for clients requiring additional support.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay current on best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment through ongoing education and professional development.
• Advocate for clients’ needs and ensure they are informed about available resources and referrals where necessary.

Your role will encompass working with a diverse client population, including those dealing with severe emotional issues, substance use disorders, and interpersonal difficulties. Our clients come from various backgrounds and age groups, necessitating a high level of cultural competence and empathy. You will play an essential role in empowering individuals to confront their challenges and pursue personal growth.

• A master's degree in a mental health discipline, such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
• Valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
• At least two years of experience in a counseling or therapeutic environment, demonstrating expertise in therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and effectively navigate challenging situations.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is highly desirable, as it aligns with our innovative approach to mental health treatment.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client documentation efficiently is a plus.
• Training or certification in specialized therapeutic techniques (e.g., trauma-informed care, dialectical behavior therapy) will be advantageous.
