• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, including their emotional and psychological histories.

• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, or other appropriate methodologies.
• Engage clients in establishing therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in peer consultations and supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
• Remain current in the field by attending professional development trainings and workshops relevant to mental health counseling.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building trusting relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental approach to client challenges.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to effectively handle caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

• Prior experience in a clinical counseling setting, particularly in community health or private practice.

• Experience with specific populations or specialties, such as children and adolescents, families, or couples counseling.
