• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions through telehealth, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress promptly and accurately to comply with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and supervision to refine clinical skills and knowledge of emerging mental health research and practices.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Your role is crucial in helping clients develop coping strategies, improve their mental health, and achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude when addressing clients' experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills necessary for effective caseload management and administrative duties.

• Experience in delivering teletherapy or remote counseling services, especially during the transition to digital health platforms.
• Familiarity with mental health technologies and virtual care platforms.
• Competence in crisis intervention and management techniques.
• A proven track record in achieving positive client outcomes through evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
