As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of clinical and support activities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establishing tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.
• Delivering a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities, ensuring that approaches are customized to the unique needs of each client.
• Documenting and maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld.
• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and additional therapy specialists, to coordinate optimal care pathways for clients.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to foster best practices and enhance the quality of therapeutic services offered.
• Providing education and emotional support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them towards informed decision-making.
• Staying informed on the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health, with a focus on integrating emerging knowledge into your clinical approach.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of patients, each presenting unique mental health challenges. Our clients may range from those dealing with anxiety and depression to individuals with more complex issues, including substance use disorders, trauma histories, and co-occurring mental health conditions. Your role is vital in providing compassionate support and effective therapeutic strategies that promote recovery and enhance quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in your state.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, specifically focused on providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in utilizing various therapeutic methods, particularly solution-focused interventions.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, showcasing adaptability in clinical settings.
• The ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment as well as independently.

• Experience working in a fully remote clinical setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for managing patient information.
• Specialized training in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
• Experience with specific populations, such as adolescents or individuals facing substance use challenges.
