Position: Senior Manager - 3PL Warehouse Management Location: Remote (Global) Employment Type: Full-Time Type of contract: Independent contractor Work from any corner of the world and be a part of the #remoteworkrevolution!!!️ Scope of the role: The Senior Manager – 3PL Warehouse Management will lead and optimize all third‐party logistics (3PL) warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and partner performance across multiple distribution centers. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in DTC logistics, 3PL relationship management, and deep proficiency in NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee day‐to‐day operations across 3PL warehouse partners, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met Manage inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics processes across DTC and retail channels Own inventory accuracy across all warehouses, including cycle counts, reconciliations, and reporting Act as the primary point of contact for 3PL partners, driving accountability and continuous improvement Monitor fulfillment performance metrics (order accuracy, shipping speed, cost efficiency) and implement optimization strategies Lead peak planning, capacity forecasting, and operational readiness for high‐volume periods Collaborate cross‐functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, CX, and Finance teams Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve service levels Ensure seamless integration and usage of NetSuite for inventory, order management, and reporting Manage escalations related to fulfillment issues, delays, or discrepancies Requirements: 6+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management Proven experience managing 3PL partners in a DTC or e-commerce environment Strong proficiency in NetSuite (inventory management, order management, reporting) Deep understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, and shipping workflows) Experience managing multiple warehouses or distribution centers Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, high‐growth environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or CPG industries Experience with international logistics and freight coordination Background in process optimization or continuous improvement initiatives What Success Looks Like: High‐performing 3PL partners consistently meeting or exceeding SLAs Improved inventory accuracy with reduced discrepancies across all warehouses Efficient and cost‐effective fulfillment operations, especially during peak periods Strong operational visibility through accurate and timely reporting in NetSuite #J-18808-Ljbffr
