Job description

Position Overview

Conscious Core Counseling Center is seeking passionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our dynamic psychotherapy team. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing therapists to manage their schedules while focusing on providing quality mental health care. Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time hours, this role provides the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals and families.

About the Organization

At Conscious Core Counseling Center, we are committed to fostering mental wellness through a holistic, client-centered approach. Our team of licensed clinicians collaborates to offer comprehensive outpatient services, focusing on both psychotherapeutic interventions and community resources. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive environment for our therapists, allowing them to thrive personally and professionally while delivering exceptional care to our clients.

Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, ensuring that therapists can work from the comfort of their own space. We prioritize your well-being and work-life balance, which is why we handle all administrative tasks, enabling you to concentrate on what truly mattersโ€”your clients. With tools for telehealth services and electronic health records at your disposal, you can conduct sessions seamlessly and efficiently. Clinicians will have the autonomy to decide their caseloads, typically ranging from 10 to 30 billable hours per week, without the burden of phone calls interrupting your sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide tailored short-term psychotherapy interventions for individuals, families, and groups.
  • Offer a variety of therapeutic services, including crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, supportive therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy based on client needs.
  • Work under the supervision of licensed psychologists or psychiatric professionals to ensure adherence to best clinical practices and legal requirements.
  • Utilize the latest DSM for assessing and diagnosing mental health disorders while developing evidence-based treatment plans. Monitor progress and adjust the treatment approach accordingly.
  • Engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care, facilitating consultations and collaborative treatment planning.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.
  • Participate actively in clinical meetings, case discussions, and quality assurance initiatives to continually enhance the delivery of services.
  • Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, promoting effective coping strategies and preventive measures.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve at Conscious Core Counseling Center range from children and adolescents to adults and families facing various mental health challenges. Many of our patients have dual diagnoses, and therapists are encouraged to utilize their skills to deliver integrated treatment approaches. We aim to create a welcoming space where clients feel safe and understood, addressing their unique cultural and contextual realities.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D) in the state of Colorado.
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services in outpatient settings.
  • Proficient in using telehealth platforms and managing electronic health records to facilitate remote therapy sessions effectively.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in providing culturally responsive care and addressing the needs of clients with dual diagnoses.
  • Familiarity with intervention and counseling techniques specific to couples therapy and family dynamics.
  • A strong commitment to personal and professional development, evidenced by participation in workshops or continued education in evidence-based practices.
Compensation and Benefits

Conscious Core Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 โ€“ 125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a SIGN-ON BONUS for new hires. Therapists enjoy access to comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans, all designed to support your overall well-being and job satisfaction.

Career Growth Opportunities

Our organization values the professional growth of our team members. Clinicians at Conscious Core Counseling Center will have access to ongoing training, mentorship, and the opportunity to participate in advanced workshops focused on emerging therapeutic modalities. We provide a pathway to specialize in areas of interest, contributing to career development within a nurturing environment.

Why Join Our Team

Becoming a part of Conscious Core Counseling Center means joining a community that prioritizes mental health and well-beingโ€”not just for our clients but also for our staff. We are dedicated to fostering a culture of collaboration, support, and respect. If you are a licensed professional looking to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of a remote position, we welcome your application.
