POSITION DESCRIPTION

EnFin is seeking a QA Audits & Controls Manager to provide independent, post-execution validation that operational processes and vendors are executing correctly. This role identifies defects, trends, and control gaps before they impact customers, investors, or regulators. This role performs post-execution validation and does not approve or block live project progression.

This position will be based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Teaneck, NJ, with a potential in-office schedule set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Remote work may be considered for exceptional cases.    

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform post-approval QA audits of milestone reviews.
  • Validate adherence to milestone checklists and operational requirements.
  • Review metadata accuracy and documentation completeness.
  • Classify defects by severity and track trends.
  • Partner with Ops and Vendor Performance on remediation plans.
  • Support risk, compliance, and investor reviews.
  • Produce reporting on quality trends and control effectiveness.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in QA, audit, or operational controls.
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly and constructively.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience auditing outsourced or vendor-driven workflows preferred
  • Solar, servicing, or financial operations experience preferred.

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
