Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day tasks will involve:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's needs.
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse client populations, including individuals, families, and groups.
• Employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to support client growth and healing.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective treatment planning.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and case notes while adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Engaging in regular professional development activities and workshops to stay informed about advancements in mental health practices and research.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

At Optimum Mind & Behavioral Counseling Services, we recognize and value the hard work of our counselors.
