Job description

Marketing Coordinator (Referral Growth)
We're looking for a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to join the Manatee team. You'll be the engine behind our content and marketing campaigns that turn a pediatrician or health plan referral into an enrolled family. This role exists to make every touchpoint - the referral dashboard, email newsletters, BDR collateral and patient outreach - convert better. If you're excited about writing and design that makes mental health care more accessible to families, this is the job for you!
Key Details:
  • Work Environment: Remote
  • Employment Type: FT
Responsibilities:
Success of this role is determined by referring provider engagement and referral-to-enrollment conversion
  • Drive Referring Provider value: Own and continuously improve the pediatrician dashboard emails and automated referral-status communications; you'll diagnose performance and drive real provider and patient value.
  • Referral outreach sequence: Build the automated campaigns that help a referred family receive care and improve it against real conversion data.
  • Create Marketing collateral: Design one-pagers, referral guides, and screener materials for pediatricians, provider groups, and health plans - crystallizing Manatee's clinical model and outcomes (87% clinical improvement, 60% referral-to-enrollment vs. <30% industry, 1.8 days to care).
  • Help define Manatee's voice: Create the standard for provider facing copy. Our content is always focused on creating value and a single ask - not marketing fluff. Create our provider newsletter, blog posts, webinars and integrated campaigns around seasonal topics (back-to-school, holidays, New Year's resolutions, etc.)
  • Performance Tracking: Own open/click metrics on provider campaigns, screener completion rates by practice, and report monthly against provider engagement.
  • Design & Production: Create assets including graphics, social posts and email templates using Canva or equivalent; making sure there is brand consistency across provider-facing materials with a real eye for design.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with clinical and sales to keep messaging accurate and aligned with priorities.
  • Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a quarterly content calendar; manage timelines to ensure campaigns ship on schedule and assets are ready for seasonal opportunities
An Ideal Candidate Has:
  • 3+ years in growth or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a startup environment - you know how to build the plane while flying it
  • Strong copywriting, with range across audiences and a bias toward clarity
  • Email marketing experience and ands-on with Mailchimp/Klaviyo/ActiveCampaign, segmentation, A/B testing, and reading performance including click rate and conversion
  • AI-fluent and platform-agnostic, picks up new tools fast and troubleshoots without hand-holding
  • Healthcare or provider-facing experience is a strong plus with a genuine interest in expanding access to mental health care
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize without dropping quality
  • AI-fluent and platform-agnostic: picks up new tools fast and troubleshoots without hand-holding
