As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your primary responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health status, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to inform your treatment approach.
• Developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate cultural diversity and special needs tailored to each patient’s requirements.
• Monitoring patient progress consistently, implementing evidence-based interventions and strategies to address mental health challenges effectively.
• Maintaining comprehensive clinical documentation, including treatment records, reports, and correspondence, to comply with regulatory standards and departmental policies.
• Collaborating closely with patients and their families to formulate a comprehensive treatment plan that targets their specific objectives and supports their mental well-being.
• Coordinating referrals and fostering relationships between patients and external treatment providers. This includes establishing an extensive network of support resources and healthcare options.
• Mentoring and providing educational support to interns, students, and volunteers to foster a culture of learning within the organization.
• Engaging in clinical peer reviews and collaborative sessions as directed by your clinical supervisor to enhance overall team effectiveness and service quality.

Your work will primarily involve individuals and families affected by cancer, a population that requires specialized support and understanding of the myriad emotional responses to such a diagnosis. You will be expected to approach each case with sensitivity, compassion, and a commitment to improving overall mental health outcomes among these patients.

The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current State License as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a relevant clinical setting, preferably working with individuals facing chronic health challenges.

While not mandatory, the following experiences would be advantageous:

• Experience working within school systems or with younger populations.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and treatment modalities applicable to mental health diagnosis and treatment, particularly for cancer-related conditions.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and develop therapeutic relationships with diverse populations.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
