• Conduct comprehensive assessments, using recognized diagnostic tools, to evaluate patient status and the effectiveness of mental health care interventions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that account for cultural diversity and address the specific needs of the patient population you serve.

• Continually monitor patient progress and provide tailored interventions, adapting strategies as necessary to support optimal mental health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of all treatment-related documentation utilizing current technology, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive, goal-oriented treatment plans that support effective recovery and mental wellness.

• Coordinate referrals and facilitate communication between patients and other treatment providers to ensure seamless healthcare navigation.

• Mentor and educate students, interns, and new staff members, providing guidance and support in clinical best practices.

• Participate in peer reviews and clinical collaborations under the direction of your clinical supervisor to promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

This role centers on providing support to individuals and their families who are coping with the challenges associated with a cancer diagnosis. As a clinician, you will utilize your expertise in mental health to deliver compassionate care that addresses the psychological and emotional needs of this vulnerable population.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid State License as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Experience in providing therapeutic services in a healthcare setting, particularly within oncology or chronic illness contexts.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions and treatment efficacy.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
