Join Veolia as a Field Service Representative (FSR) in our Chemical Solutions and Monitoring (CSM) division and advance your career in hands-on technical service and sustainability!
About This Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to deliver exceptional on-site technical service as the primary technical liaison between Veolia and our industrial customers. You'll work independently across diverse industries, providing expert installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems while building lasting customer relationships through technical excellence.
What You'll Do
  • Technical Service & Installation: Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer locations
  • Water Testing and Analysis: Obtain samples and perform water testing to include pH, conductivity, hardness, silica, PTSA, etc and enter data into Veolia's trending platform (Insight)
  • Customer Consultation: Act as technical consultant providing expert recommendations, training, and solutions to customer management and technical teams
  • System Optimization & Troubleshooting: Perform water analysis, calibrate equipment, program controllers, conduct preventative maintenance, and diagnose/resolve system issues through remote support technologies and on-site interventions
  • Documentation &Compliance: Maintain detailed service reports, inventory management, and ensure all safety protocols are followed
  • Territory Management: Support multiple customer sites within assigned territory, coordinating with sales teams for optimal service delivery

Qualifications
  • Technical degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, Mechanical
  • Engineering, or related discipline preferred, a high school diploma or GED is required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in instrumentation & electronics, plant operations/maintenance, or equivalent technical training
  • Familiarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipment preferred
  • A full valid driver's license and willingness to travel (a learner's permit or G1/G2 class will not qualify)
