Atย GeorgeJon, weย donโtย just deliver projectsโwe engineer outcomes. As aย Delivery Manager, you own the end-to-end delivery of mission-critical infrastructure engagementsโfrom kickoff through closeoutโensuring work landsย on time, in scope, and with clear business impact.ย
Youโllย lead governance and execution across a Delivery and Implementation team, coordinating engineers, stakeholders, and customers through complex VMware, Windows Server, storage, networking, and disaster recovery work. You bring the technical fluency to drive decisions, the discipline to run change control, and the urgency to remove blockers before they become outages.ย

RESPONSIBILITIESย ย ย
Own delivery for assigned engagements, accountable for schedule, scope, resourcing, and customer outcomesย
Contract deliverables (e.g., Relativity/Nuix deployments, SQL upgrades, Windows/OS upgrades, infrastructure refreshes)ย
Contract deliverablesย (Relativity,ย Nuix,ย SQL upgrades,ย Windows,ย OSย upgrades,ย etc.)ย
Lead customer and internal delivery cadences (kickoffs, weekly status, technical checkpoints), surfacing risks, decisions, and next steps without ambiguityย
Facilitate technical decisions with engineering and infrastructure teams, ensuring tradeoffs, impacts, and approvals are documented and alignedย
Maintain delivery artifacts that stand up to audit: project plans, decision logs, risks/issues, change requests, and final handoff documentationย
Provide executive-ready reporting (weekly status, milestone progress, risks, decisions, and next steps) and publish meeting notes within 24 hoursย
