Job description

Our Metrowest retail client is looking for an a Recruiter with 2+ years full cycle or sourcing experience for an immediate remote contract; in this role you will support the in-house execution of external searches for management positions in all of the company brands as well as select District and Regional positions. You will be responsible for the research, identification, engagement and qualification of talent leads. Any experience with Phenom is a plus in this role!
As a Recruiter, youwill create targeted sourcing strategies and plans to support specific searches as well as pipeline searches for positions in *** locations across the country. In addition, you will utilize in-house tools (ATS), networks, social media, research methods, cold-calling, and talent mapping to source passive candidates.
Responsibilities:
Influence, consult, collaborate and be a thought leader to Hiring Managers, Human Resources Business Partners and Talent Acquisition leaders and peers
Role is mainly responsible for building talent pipelines and sourcing
Manage full recruitment lifecycle for assigned buildings/geographic areas
Develop actionable strategies and staffing plans to support hiring needs, leverage internal and external resources to meet plans
Source, engage and assess talent
Build robust talent pipelines
Deliver best in class hiring experience to all stakeholders including candidates, Hiring Managers and other business partners
Communicate plans and activities proactively
Anticipate challenges and obstacles
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
2+ years full Recruitment Lifecycle or Sourcing experience
Sourcing experience to include internet, research and cold calling
Talent assessment and influencing skills
Developed business acumen and intellectual curiosity
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven experience and comfort communicating with all levels of leadership
Strong organizational and follow through skills, with focus on attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple searches/projects while remaining flexible to changing priorities
