  • Tableau.

  • Jira and Confluence.

  • Contracting, procurement, competitive solicitation, or financial administration.

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

  • Familiarity with energy, environmental, or economic development programs.

The Ideal Candidate

You’re the person others rely on to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You anticipate next steps, keep stakeholders informed, identify potential issues early, and bring order to complicated processes.

You’re comfortable facilitating meetings, coordinating people with competing priorities, tracking numerous details, and working through processes that require accuracy and persistence. At the same time, you bring a strategic mindset and understand how effective contract administration contributes to broader organizational goals.

If you’re a detail-driven project manager who enjoys solving problems, coordinating complex processes, and helping teams get things done, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a mission-driven organization.
