PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Owns and independently manages multichannel project deliverables from concept to deployment providing direction and vision as needed
  • Independently own a brand vertical and partner with other project management leads to ensure consistency and quality
  • Speak to pertinent information for internal status meetings to provide updates or changes in project plans
  • Ensures accuracy, efficiency and timeliness of routing, quality control, project preparation, and execution of deliverables
  • Manage external resource partners as necessary
  • Proactively escalate and suggest solutions to project related issues to management
  • Partners with manager on scope of work (SOW) development
  • Reviews financial output reports, incoming briefs, and timelines/estimates.
  • Responsible for informing team members regarding the start of new projects, upcoming deadlines, quality control, revisions, next steps
  • Collaborate with the Client Experience on budget shifts and resourcing implications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years within the Pharmaceutical Marketing & Advertising space
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Financial aptitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Workfront, or equivalent) required
  • Multichannel production knowledge across print, video & digital (Websites, IVAs, Emails, social/digital marketing, media, etc.)

Salary: $95,000-$120,000/year
