Title: Remote Contract Specialist 

Location: Fully Remote 

Compensation: $20-24

Duration: 6-month contract to hire 

Schedule: M-F 8-5pm PST or MST 


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Excel skills with ability to do pivot tables, vlook ups, and macros.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; outlook specifically.
  • 2+ years of experience handling contracts and customer accounts.


Job Overview 

We’re hiring a detail-oriented Contract Analyst to support high-volume contract review and data management within a leading healthcare organization. This role focuses on analyzing contract terms, resolving claims/network issues, and ensuring accuracy across multiple systems. 

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills and a problem-solving mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This is an entry level role but we're looking for someone who wants growth into an Analyst or PM role. We provide PM courses if someone is interested so you can get you PMP cert with us as well as Lean Six Sigma trainings.


Compensation: 

$20/hr to $24/hr. 

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. 

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.Â
