A Remote Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) specialist is a healthcare professional who helps patients remotely manage and interpret data from their continuous glucose monitoring devices. They provide support, education, and troubleshooting for patients using CGM systems to manage diabetes. Their role often includes reviewing glucose data, making recommendations, and communicating with patients via phone, video, or secure messaging. This position allows patients to receive expert guidance and optimize their diabetes management without needing frequent in-person visits.
