Job description

Ataccama is the agentic data trust company. Organizations worldwide rely on Ataccama ONE, the agentic data trust platform, to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and trusted for every decision and system. Powered by the ONE AI Agent, Ataccama ONE brings autonomy to data quality and governance, continuously monitoring, improving, and explaining the reliability of data across complex enterprise and multi-agent environments. At the core of the platform is Ataccama's market-leading data quality, with modules built around it to unify data quality monitoring, catalog, lineage, observability, and reference data management, ensuring data is consistent and explainable. This quality-first foundation makes data the engine of trust, powering AI, analytics, and operations with confidence.

At Ataccama, culture isn't a perk - it's how we work. We're proud to be recognized as a 2026 Boston Business Journal Best Places to Work company, where 100% of employees are highly engaged and "collaborative" is the word our people use to describe us.

Our people are located across the globe. They succeed by collaborating as a team and thrive in our company culture defined by these core values:

Aim High

The Senior Growth Campaign Manager is a strategic marketer who designs, leads, and optimizes integrated campaigns that drive measurable pipeline across Ataccama's global enterprise accounts. You own campaign strategy and management from brief to reporting, bringing together the right channels, audiences, and messages to generate demand and accelerate revenue.

This role is the connective tissue between strategy and execution. You take product marketing positioning and content strategy and turn it into integrated campaigns that run cleanly across channels and regions. Your focus is the campaign itself: the idea, the architecture, the channel mix, and the outcome.

You will work closely with Product Marketing, Content, Digital, Field Marketing, Sales, and BDR teams to make sure campaign strategy translates into real business outcomes. You are equally comfortable in the data and in the story, and you use AI tools and marketing technology to work smarter, move faster, and continuously improve performance.

This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to own outcomes, not just activity, and who is excited to help shape how a modern, AI-augmented growth team operates.

This role offers full remote flexibility for candidates based in the US.

What you'll do

Design and lead integrated campaigns

  • Design and lead end-to-end integrated demand generation campaigns across digital and offline channels, including paid media, email, and organic, to drive global enterprise pipeline.
  • Translate product marketing messaging and content strategy into clear campaign architecture, defining target segments, relevant intent signals, CTAs, channel mix, and success metrics.
  • Own campaign timelines, briefs, asset requirements, and approval workflows, coordinating across Content, Digital, Creative, and Field Marketing.
  • Lead campaign kick-offs so every stakeholder is clear on their role, outputs, and timing.

Drive pipeline across the full funnel

  • Own pipeline contribution from top-of-funnel awareness through MQL generation to SQO progression into pipeline for core campaign initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales and BDR teams to keep lead flow tight, align campaigns to live conversations and intent signals, and maintain a feedback loop that improves conversion.
  • Lead ABM campaigns using AI workflows, identifying high-value accounts and tailoring messaging and touchpoints accordingly.
  • Build intent-based marketing into campaign design: use intent and engagement signals from 6sense and other sources to prioritize accounts, time outreach, and trigger the right touch at the right moment across the funnel.
  • Translate intent data into action with Sales and BDRs, surfacing in-market accounts and aligning campaign plays to where buyers are showing demand.

Manage the digital channel mix

  • Plan, brief, and optimize paid media across paid search, paid social (LinkedIn and others), display, retargeting, and content syndication, in partnership with channel specialists and agencies where relevant.
  • Run webinars and virtual events as campaign vehicles, in partnership with field marketing, from promotion through follow-up and lead capture.
  • Coordinate with the AEO/SEO workstream so campaigns reinforce search and answer-engine visibility, not just paid reach.
  • Manage syndication and third-party media placements, ensuring lead quality and clean delivery into the funnel.

Align messaging, audience, and conversion

  • Partner with Product Marketing so campaign messaging reflects ICPs, buyer personas, use cases, and current market opportunity across Ataccama's product portfolio.
  • Work with Field Marketing to adapt global campaign assets for regional audiences and local market needs across North America, APAC, and EMEA.
  • Align with the digital team on landing pages, CRO, and on-site components to maximize conversion from paid and organic traffic.
  • Build campaign themes and audience signals into Lifecycle Marketing workflows for post-lead nurture and behavior-driven journeys.
Measure, test, and optimize
  • Track and analyze performance across the full funnel: CTR, conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline sourced and influenced.
  • Review weekly dashboards, produce insight summaries, and contribute to quarterly campaign reviews.
  • Run A/B tests and make data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and ROI.
  • Manage campaign budgets and report on spend efficiency and cost per outcome by channel.
  • Feed learnings back to Product Marketing, Content, and the wider Growth team to keep targeting and messaging sharp.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops on campaign setup, tracking standards, lead routing, and attribution so campaigns run cleanly and stay measurable.
Bring AI into the everyday
  • Use AI tools (generative platforms, AI-assisted analytics, and automation in core platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Snowflake Intelligence) to increase output, accelerate testing, and personalize at scale.
  • Apply AI literacy across the role, from drafting briefs and optimizing copy to interpreting performance data and generating insights faster.
  • Stay current on emerging AI applications in B2B marketing and actively bring new approaches to the team.
What you'll bring
  • 7+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience in demand generation and integrated campaigns, including owning campaigns end to end across multiple channels and regions.
  • A proven track record running multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline for global or enterprise accounts, with the judgment to operate independently and make calls without day-to-day oversight.
  • Strong experience working with Sales and BDR teams toward shared revenue goals, with a clear grasp of the full demand funnel.
  • Practical experience with intent-based marketing: using intent and engagement signals to prioritize accounts, time campaigns, and personalize touchpoints, ideally with a platform like 6sense.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot, 6sense, and Salesforce for campaign execution, lead management, and reporting.
  • A data-driven mindset, able to turn campaign performance into clear insights and actionable optimization decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, comfortable running multiple campaigns at once in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated AI literacy as an active user of AI tools to accelerate work, raise quality, and scale personalization.
  • Highly collaborative and a proactive communicator across global, cross-functional teams.
Why this role matters
Ataccama is scaling demand across three regions, and we need someone who can own the connective tissue between strategy and execution. You will be the person who turns positioning into pipeline, keeps Sales and marketing in lockstep, and brings an AI-first way of working to a team that genuinely values it.

At Ataccama, our core values are Candid & Caring, so we are upfront about our process and details that are important to you. We sometimes use AI tools to help us with things like reviewing applications, taking notes from screening conversations, scheduling interviews, or supporting assessments. These tools make the process smoother and fairer - but don't worry, they never make the final decision. Every hiring decision is made by our Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers, with AI only acting as a helpful assistant. We believe technology should support the process, not replace the human touch. We currently use AI-assisted tools - Metaview for interview notes and Lever Talent Fit to help highlight key experience.

The base salary range for this full-time role is $110,000-$140,000 USD. Your exact offer depends on the scope of the role, your experience, and the skills you bring.
