● Plan and manage content calendars around recipe launches, seasonal trends, holidays, and
campaigns.
● Stay current on Instagram trends, new features, and best practices, and recommend new ideas
when appropriate.
● Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, followers, and traffic.

● Help identify opportunities for audience engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
● Track Instagram performance and key metrics.
● Prepare weekly reports with insights, recommendations, and opportunities for improvement.
● Use data to guide future content strategy and campaign planning.
Affiliate & Brand Partnerships
● Coordinate affiliate promotions within Instagram content.
● Support sponsored campaigns and brand partnerships.
● Help ensure affiliate content feels authentic and valuable to our audience.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
● 2+ years of professional experience managing Instagram for a business, brand, or creator.
● Experience developing and executing Instagram content strategies and campaigns.
● A strong understanding of Instagram analytics and performance metrics.
● Experience using data to improve engagement and content performance.
● Excellent writing and communication skills.
● Strong organizational and project management skills.
● The ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● A proactive mindset with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
● The ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
Bonus Qualifications
● Experience working in the food, lifestyle, or consumer products industry.
● Familiarity with affiliate marketing.
● Experience with Meta Business Suite or other social media scheduling platforms.
● Experience working with influencers or content creators.
● Basic Canva or light photo/video editing skills.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, you'll:
● Consistently execute a thoughtful Instagram strategy.
● Increase engagement, reach, and audience growth over time.
● Keep content organized, planned, and published on schedule.
● Provide valuable insights that help improve performance.
● Take ownership of the Instagram channel with minimal oversight.
Why You'll Love Working With Us
We're a small, collaborative team that loves creating content people actually use. Everyone has a voice,
new ideas are encouraged, and you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a brand that
reaches millions of people each month.
