  • Creates and manages high-quality public content (blogs, case studies, social, webinars, videos, emails, etc.), engaging marketing campaign content (digital and print ads, landing page content, conference signage, etc.) and essential internal Sales/CS enablement content (market intelligence, competitive intelligence, talking points, email snippets, etc.).
  • Monitors competitive content and market narratives to identify positioning opportunities and ensure the company's content is differentiated and ahead of industry conversation.
  • Partners strategically with Product Marketing, Sales, Service Delivery, and other stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with overarching company goals.
  • Tracks and analyzes content performance, engagement, and conversions to inform future strategy and measure content ROI.
  • Manages content workflows and approvals, maintaining a regular schedule for asset updates and refreshes across all platforms.
  • Owns and governs the brand voice, tone, personality, and style across all company communications.
  • Maintains and manages multiple central content repositories, ensuring all assets are consistently updated with new and refreshed marketing, sales, and customer success assets.

The Desired Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of content marketing or other relevant experience.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a professional portfolio.
