Since 2017, the world's leading hedge funds, asset managers, banks, and token issuers have relied on us to navigate crypto. What started in market intelligence has grown into a full suite of services that protocols and institutions use to find each other and do business.

Our products include:

  • The Tie Terminal - the most comprehensive market intelligence platform for institutional digital asset data
  • Data APIs - real-time and historical feeds powering institutional workflows
  • Events - exclusive institutional events including The Bridge, Out East Summit, and Innovate.

  • Collaborate with research and data science teams to surface compelling onchain insights and package them into shareable content
  • Write, manage, and grow our newsletter that keeps subscribers informed on market developments and The Tie's latest insights
  • Work with our creative team to produce infographics, charts, and visual assets that make complex data accessible
  • Support product launches and other company initiatives by coordinating with the broader marketing team on announcements, events, and campaigns
  • Monitor crypto markets and regulatory developments to identify timely content opportunities
  • Conduct independent research when needed to develop original angles and perspectives

Requirements

Must-haves:

  • 2+ years in a marketing or content role preferably with a crypto company that works with institutions
  • Demonstrated success growing and managing social media accounts with measurable engagement and audience growth
  • Strong writing portfolio with published work (blogs, threads, newsletters, research pieces)
  • Ability to distill technical or data-heavy concepts into clear, compelling narratives for sophisticated audiences
  • High proficiency with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and others
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams like data science, research, or product
  • Experience partnering with creative teams to develop infographics and visual content

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience marketing to institutional/B2B audiences in crypto or fintech
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, X Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience with tools like Figma, Canva
  • Familiarity with SEO and how content surfaces in AI search
  • Ideally located in New York

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation
  • Employee stock option plan
  • Health, dental, vision, and disability insurance
  • Flexible paid time off
  • Flexible working hours
  • A fast-paced and exciting work environment
  • Strong teamwork-driven culture

Salary range: $75,000 - $120,000 depending on experience level
