Parallel is the largest TikTok-focused organic content network, managing 10,000+ accounts delivering high-quality traffic and impressions for enterprise brands. We deliver organic reach at a fraction of what brands pay on paid social. Our clients span mobile apps, e-commerce, iGaming, entertainment, and more.


Role Description

You'll own the full enterprise sales cycle, selling to senior performance marketing and growth leaders (VP, SVP, CMO) at major brands. You will manage and close the pipeline generated by marketing. You'll also bring an existing network of buyer relationships from day one. Reports to the Chief Commercial Officer.


Responsibilities


  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise contracts ($100K+/month)
  • Manage and convert marketing-sourced leads through a structured pipeline
  • Leverage your existing network to generate a pipeline immediately upon hire
  • Sell to VP/SVP-level growth and performance marketing buyers
  • Represent Parallel at industry events (MAU, POSSIBLE, G2E, Shoptalk, VidCon, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the CCO on deal strategy, pricing, and proposals
  • Help build and refine sales processes and playbooks
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline reporting



Qualifications

  • 7+ years of enterprise or mid-market B2B closing experience
  • Existing relationships with performance marketing, UA, or growth leaders at mobile app, ecommerce, or digital media companies
  • Track record selling to VP/SVP-level buyers with six- and seven-figure annual deal sizes
  • Familiarity with the performance marketing ecosystem (paid social, UA, organic, creator/influencer)
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Willingness to travel for conferences and client events


Compensation & Work Structure

  • Base: $150,000
  • OTE: $250,000+ (uncapped commission)
  • Accelerators above target
  • Ramp period with adjusted expectations in months 1–3
